Quality policy

DG, in order to operate for Apura srl customers’ satisfaction and continuous improvement of services and products, in accordance with the provisions of ISO 9001:2015, intends to develop and maintain for management services the following:

Production and assembly of electronic, electrical and mechanical components for the production of water analyzers, pilot distributor (water/air distributor), water coolers • Maintenance and technical assistance for water analyzers, pilot distributor (water/air distributor), water coolers • Production by dilution of chemicals for water analyzers, pilot distributor (water/air distributor), water coolers

This Quality Management System for: • Analyze the context in which APURA SRL operates, evaluating external and internal factors deemed relevant to it; identifying the interested parties, including the Customers of the various services offered, in order to determine and understand the requirements and meet their expectations;

• Operate in compliance with the applicable requests and requirements, in relation to national and international laws and regulations applicable to the context in which APURA SRL operates, with particular attention to EU and non-EU regulations for the Chemistry sector and for the production of electromechanical equipment;

• Assess and deal with the risks that can compromise the continuity of the service, through the management and implementation of a periodic review of the risk analysis, seizing the opportunities that derive from it, promoting at all levels an adequate sense of proactivity in the management of one’s own risks, given the not always positive perception of the chemical production sector;

• Guarantee the punctual classification of operating processes and monitoring of work activities, using quality products and guaranteeing Continuous Improvement of the Quality of products and services and of the Quality Management System, ensuring the updating of procedures and instructions work and conservation of historical memory;

• Increase customer confidence in the products manufactured and in the services offered thanks to a constant quality of supplies (the excessive dilution of chemical products does not fall within our corporate policies);

• Increase the presence of the company on foreign markets both in the distribution of water analysis and purification devices for the purpose and for chemistry thanks also to the introduction of a Quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 certified as a further guarantee of reliability;

• Guarantee the training and involvement of all personnel, with particular attention to aspects relating to quality;

• Use the objectives identified for the periodic monitoring of the services provided and the achievement of the pre-established strategic objectives;

• Ensure the participation of all personnel in the continuous improvement processes of services and products;

• Handle customer complaints and suggestions in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Quality System. The actions defined above constitute the general framework of action and are an integral part of the Company’s objectives, shared with all personnel. The progress of the established objectives is periodically monitored and the necessary resources are made available to guarantee their achievement.

This Quality Policy is disseminated to all the people who work for APURA Srl and to its Customers and Suppliers through its website and for Suppliers also with a mailing to explain the process in which we have decided to invest.
