The analyzer automatic small is used to decrease the temperature of hot water before an analysis.
Water is cooled in the analyzer with a flow of cold water.
The cooler small automatic cools water up to 80°C before an analysis.

Capacity regulation: a hot water inlet regulation valve needs to be added in order to regulate the flow, as well as a cold water regulation valve.
Before the withdrawal open the cooling valve and afterwards the cooling water valve. Regulate the cooling water valve according to the water temperature to get to 40°C. Cold mains water is considered cooling water. It is not possible to mount, neither a closing valve at the outlet to the water to be examined, nor at the outlet at the cooling water. Cooling water should not have against pressure.
Water flow regulation: some analyzers (such as DUROMAT, DUROMAT Professional and Testomat) can give an alarm signal before the analysis to open the input cold water electrovalve. This to avoid continuous cold water flow.
